A Women's Afternoon! Join us for a gentle and accessible Chair Yoga session on Saturday, May 30th from 3:00pm to 5:00pm in Fellowship Hall. Perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or simply looking for a relaxing way to stretch and unwind using the support of a chair. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch in.
